My name is Scott Woskoff. I am the owner of Mac@Home. I have a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa. Before starting Mac@Home in 1997, I worked for 12 years as a software engineer for GE Medical Systems and Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) here in Milwaukee. In total, I have more than 30 years of computer experience.
I am a former member of the Apple Consultants Network (ACN) and the Apple Business Agents program. I've earned the Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) Certification for Mac OS X v10.1, 10.2 and 10.3, and the Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS) Certification for Mac OS X v10.3 and 10.4.
